Nick Arthur is head of Slee Blackwell’s Commercial Department and the firm’s managing partner. He is a tremendously experienced solicitor, having been specialising in business law and commercial property since the early 1980s.

His areas of expertise include businesses and company share acquisitions and disposals, partnerships and site assembly. Nick has been involved in multi-million pound deals in both the corporate and the property sector.
